The focus of this project includes researching and detecting issues related to optimising the quality of the built environment in both countries. The project uses survey methods, collecting sample data in two typical residential areas in two countries, namely Belgium and Vietnam. At the same time, it builds connections with experts and relevant civil society organisations to contribute to the digitisation of data sets on heat and urban environments in the following stages. This multi-stakeholder project is supported by the KU Leuven Global Minds programme – funded by the Belgian federal government through VLIR-UOS. |
